As my friend, colleague, and Ret. US Navy SEAL Commander Rich Diviney says, "Leaders aren't born. Leaders aren't made. Leaders are chosen based upon the way they behave."


I love supporting leaders at any level in an organization—those who make the decision to take care of the people around them. Here are some of the ways I work to support the growth of leaders, their teams, and their organizations.

We know the impacts of poor leadership: lackluster performance, missed opportunities, deleterious cultures, and even disaster. Yet, these issues are all too common. Why?

 

The more senior leaders becomes, the more removed they can get from the truth: the experiences of the team members and customers who make their organization a success.

 

But leaders also have an immense opportunity. They can create a speak-up culture, one in which everyone feels they matter and thus steps up to share concerns, insights, ideas, and even dissent—all for the betterment of the organization.

 

Through in-person and virtual keynotes, live Q&As, and fireside chats, I’ll show you how creating a speak-up culture is the responsibility and advantage of every leader who wants to bring their organization to new heights—and creates a better version of humanity while they do it.

I’m a firm believer that our inputs get us our outputs and that relationships and trust serve as the foundation of what we can accomplish together. With that in mind, I support executive teams and humble leaders—those who know they are both a part of the problems they experience and the solutions they can create—who want to improve their culture and results, and to do it with their authenticity and integrity intact.
